SOUTHWEST FLORIDA / PROJECT GUIDES

More than one home.
One considered plan.

Explore client-owned duplex and triplex build concepts, site feasibility and the questions to resolve before designing a small multifamily property.

Three-unit Florida housing concept

Privacy. Access.
Everyday livability.

Can my lot support multiple homes?

The answer depends on the specific parcel and proposed use. Review zoning, density, setbacks, access, utilities, parking, life-safety requirements and applicable development approvals with the relevant authority and project professionals.

A duplex and a triplex are not interchangeable approval paths. Do not infer permission for three units from a two-unit example or neighboring property.

Individual identity

Separate entries, thoughtful views and clearly defined outdoor areas can help each home feel personal.

Practical use

Discuss storage, circulation, parking and maintenance access while the layout is still flexible.

Defined responsibility

Document the construction scope. Financing, legal structure, tax and operating advice remain separate professional responsibilities.
